Samsung Electronics - the leader in electronics and mobile technology, unveiled its first state-of-the-art customer service centre in city in collaboration with Teletech Enterprisers. Manager of Samsung Electronics Pakistan, Roy (Yongil) Chang inaugurated the Customer Service Centre.
Speaking to the media persons, Chang said, "Keeping our focus on customers needs, we provide the best quality services and electronics products across the world. We provide innovative products for improving the lives of Pakistanis. I would like to appreciate the efforts of Teletech for extending world class services to our customers".
Director of Teletech Pakistan Danish Haroon said that, Teletech is establishing high quality service centres in all major cities of Pakistan. Another modern service centre will soon begin operations in the Gulshan Iqbal area of Karachi, to provide comprehensive services to customers in a friendly environment, "Teletech believes in winning the customers hearts through immaculate services and hard work. It is due to these customers that our company enjoys such great fame and success" said Haroon.
The owner of Star City Mall Shabir Machyara praised Teletech's efforts and highlighted the Services of Star City Mall Tower. He also presented a shield to Roy (Yongil) Chang.
