KARACHI: Complete strike was observed by lawyers on Monday at Sindh High Court, City and Malir District courts in protest against the NATO attack that killed 28 Pakistani troops in Mehmand Agency.
The strike call was given jointly by Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), Sindh High Court Bar Association (SCBA) and Karachi Bar Association (KBA).
Black flags were hoisted at the buildings of the bars.
A protest meeting in this regard was also held at the bar room of SHCBA, which was attended by the lawyers in large number.
The meeting passed a resolution in which the lawyers community expressed solidarity with the armed forces and condemned the attack on Pakistani troops by NATO forces.
