KARACHI: PML-Zia leader and Member of National Assembly Ijazul Haq, the son of former military ruler General Ziaul Haq, and six others were nominated as accused in the FIR of attack on PPP leader Shaukat Basra in which he was injured and his assistant Imtiaz was shot dead.
Aaj News reported on Monday night that a case was registered by City Police Station Haroonabad in Bahawalnagar district on the complaint of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Shaukat Basra.
Ijazul Haq, MPA Murtaza Chaudhry and local council chairman Yaseen Chaudhry and four others were booked in the case.
