KARACHI: On Friday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 50411.11 with a positive change of 218.75 and volume of 270,746,220 shares.

High and Low were 50886.80 and 50192.36 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 377,092,660 shares with 372 total traded companies out of which 193 were up, 166 were down and 13 were unchanged.

POWER GENERATION & DISTRIBUTION was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 147,016,700 shares. It was followed by COMMERCIAL BANKS with a total traded volume of 50,227,800 shares.

The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd. with a volume of 137,160,000 and price per share of 10.77 (0.52), TRG Pak Ltd with a volume 20,856,500 of price per share of 57.18 (1.87), P.T.C.L. with a volume 11,301,000 of price per share of 19.50 (0.59).

The top three advancers were Nestle Pakistan with price per share 9000.00 (98.00), Hinopak Motor with price per share of 1800.25 (85.72) and Thal Ind.Corp.XD share of 534.45 (25.45).

The top three decliners were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share of 4475.00 (96.56), Pak.Int.Cont. with price per share of 493.15 (25.40) and J.D.W.SugarXD per share of 575.05 (24.95).
