A ceremony was held by Pakistan Waheedi Club and Waheed Murad Lovers Forum at Odeon Cinema and Alhamra Arts Council.

The paticipants arranged Fateha khawani for the departed soul and paid tribute to Waheed Murad.

Waheed Murad performed in 200 Urdu films during his life and majority of his movies hit the box-office.
