Hussain Nawaz acquired flats as part of settlement with Al Tahni family: Saad Rafique

imageISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Tuesday said that investment was made in 1980 by Mian Muhammad Sharif with Al Tahni family business in Qatar, which got settled in 2006.

Talking to media here, the minister said that Hussain Nawaz acquired the flats in 2006 as part of the settlement with Al Tahni family.

Before 2006, these flats were in the ownership of Al Tahni family and Al Tahni family had allowed use of these flats to Mian Muhammad Sharif and his family. These flats were not a gift, he added.
