KARACHI: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has invited pre-qualification offers for the construction of its 25-storeyed 'SBCA Tower' in Gulshan-e-Iqbal which has also been approved by Sindh Chief Minister.
The ground plus 25-storeyed building will meet the SBCAs requirements for the next 25 years and will serve as a landmark of Karachi.
SBCA is also constructing its own G+3 office building for SBCA's Regional Office in Hyderabad and G+2 Regional office in Larkana.
These structures will be raised on areas of 60,000 and 20,000 sq feet respectively.
