KARACHI: The board of directors of Soneri Bank Ltd has decided to issue 12.50 percent bonus shares to comply with SBP's minimum capital requirement.

According to a communique despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Thursday, the bank will approach SECP and SBP for the necessary approval for issuing bonus shares.
