WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron on Saturday called for an "immediate" halt to the bloodshed perpetrated by Syrian security forces, the White House said.
During a telephone conversation, the two leaders "agreed on the need for an immediate halt of all bloodshed and violence against the Syrian people," according to a White House statement.
