ISLAMABAD: The single bench comprising Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman will resume hearing around 35 cases from Monday (August, 8).

The bench will only hear the cases of bail matters, habeas corpus, detention matters, cases related to imminent threat of irreparable loss.

It is pertinent to mention that the bench will also resume hearing of four missing peoples’ cases on August 10.
