KARACHI: Anti- Terrorist Court headed by Judge Bashir Ahmed Khoso Wednesday adjourned the hearing of Sarfaraz Shah murder case till Thursday.
The defence lawyers submitted application for appearance of Chemical Examiner and Ballistic Expert in the case.
In his arguments, Special Public Prosecutor Muhammad Khan Buriro opposed the application of defence lawyers and said that presentation of documents is requirement of the law, not presence of the person concerned.
After hearing both sides, the Judge reserved the order on the application for Thursday.
Six Rangers personnel and a civilian are facing trial for allegedly killing Sarfaraz Shah at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Park, Clifton area on June 8 last.
The court had, already recorded statements of 20 prosecution witnesses in the case.
