KARACHI: Gold jumped by Rs 1,029 to reach all time high at Rs 45,857 per 10 grams in the local market Wednesday, as its international price touched record $ 1,668 an ounce, market sources said.
According to Karachi Saraf Association, bullion's tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by Rs 1200 to Rs 53,500.
Silver closed higher at Rs 1,092.85 per 10 grams.
