MUZAFFARABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party candidates Sardar Ghulam Sadiq and Shaheen Kausar have been elected Speaker and Deputy Speaker of AJK Legislative Assembly on Monday.

Sardar Ghulam Sadiq got 36 votes while PML-N’s Raja Muhammad Siddique got 10 votes for the slot of Speaker AJK Legislative Assembly.
Similarly, PPP’s Shaheen got 35 votes against PML-N’s candidate Yasin Gulshan remained runner-up with 10 votes for the deputy speaker slot.
