ISE-10 index witnesses bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Tuesday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was up by 26.19 points to close at 4352.19 points.

A total of 15,500 shares were traded, which showed a positive growth of 27,200 shares, when compared with Monday's trading of 42,700 shares.

Out of 159 companies, share prices of 83 companies recorded increase while those of 76 companies decreased.

The share price of Siemens Engineering increased by Rs.51.63 while that of Muree Brewery decreased by Rs 995.00.

Silk Bank, Nishat Chunian Power remained the top trading companies with 26,000,1000 shares respectively.
