ISE-10 index witnessed bearish trend

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Friday as the ISE-10 index was down by 29.82 points and closed at 4,542.59 points.

A total of 2,700 shares were traded, which were down by 14,900 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 17,600 shares.

Out of 154 companies, share prices of 88 companies recorded increase while share prices of 66 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan increased by Rs. 37.52 per share while the share prices of ICI Pakistan decreased by Rs. 11.09 per share.

K-Electric, Silk Bank and Nishat Mills remained the top trading companies in Friday's trading with 2,000, 5,00 and 200 shares respectively.
