SSGC to cut gas supply to CNG stations and industrial sector

ssgcKARACHI: Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd (SSGC) will suspend gas supply to CNG filling stations for two days as decided by the government and curtail gas supply to industrial sector due to cut in gas supply from Kadenwari gas field for annual turn-around (ATA).

Addressing a press conference here Tuesday, the Managing Director SSGC Azim Iqbal Siddiqui said that industrial sector will be asked to voluntarily decrease usage of gas by 35 percent. He said CNG stations will not get gas supply on Monday and Tuesday from next week.
