ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 6.99 points and closed at 4,463.22 points.
A total of 1,033,600 shares were traded, which were up by 927,900 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 105,700 shares.
Out of 141 companies, share prices of 67 companies recorded increase while share prices of 74 companies registered decrease where as one company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs. 46.00 per share while the share prices of Siemens Pakistan Engineering decreased by Rs. 47 per share.
K-Electric, PTCL and National Bank of Pakistan remained the top trading companies in Tuesday's trading with 406,000, 262,000 and 250,000 shares respectively.
