Bank-of-punjabKARACHI: Bank of Punjab director Ghafoor Mirza has been appointed as the new chairman of the board of directors with immediate effect.

In a communication to Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) here Monday, the bank said that his appointment has been made vide notification No.FD(W&W)7-7/2011 dated June 9, 2011, issued by the Government of Punjab.
