RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed lower on Wednesday having 25686.93 shares with a negative change of 197.45 and volume of 122,824,680 shares.

High and Low were 25991.51 and 25667.81 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 185,762,770 shares with 377 total traded companies out of which 142 were up, 218 were down and 17 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 37,052,400 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 29,135,300 shares.
