ISLAMABAD: Professor Tauseef, Head of Political Science department University of Karachi said that refrence on Zulfikar Ali Bhutto's case is very significant issue for Supreme Court and no political or judicial pandora box is going to open.
Talking to VOA on Friday, he said the Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary considered the current situation and wanted to dispel the impression that Supreme Court had been against PPP.
He added that Supreme Court, by accepting Bhutto reference case has rejected the impression that it is against PPP adding that it is also very important issue in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and rural areas of Punjab.
Dr Tauseef said Country's political atmosphere has improved considerably and no political party has seriously opposed the reference.
He said that execution of Bhutto was a judicial murder.
