PORT LOUIS: The weighted average yield on Mauritius' 182-day Treasury bills fell to 2.72 percent at auction from 2.80 percent at a previous sale on Dec. 28, the central bank said on Friday.
The Bank of Mauritius received bids worth 835 million rupees but sold only the 400 million rupees ($13.07 million) worth of debt it had offered, it said in a statement.
Investors put in bids with yields ranging from 3.00 percent to 2.71 percent, and posted a bank rate of 2.82 percent.
