KARACHI: Photo sharing application Instagram has recently shut off the Twitter feature which hampers with easy viewing of Instagram photos on Twitter. 

 

Instagram has around a 100 million users and sources quote the move to be “evident”. 

 

This will route the photo viewers to the Instagram website where it seeks potential to make money from ads or other sources instead of giving Twitter to take advantage. 

 

Initially the application rose to fame with the help of Twitter as photos taken from smart phones shared could be viewed on Twitter unchanged. But now it has distanced itself since it has been acquired by Facebook.
