Ukraine's grain exports at a record high 51.5mn T so far 2019/20

• Ukraine's grain exports will increase to a record 52 million-55 million tonnes this season from 50 million in the 2018/19 season, according the ministry's forecast.

KIEV: Ukraine's grain exports have reached a record 51.47 million tonnes so far in the 2019/20 season that began last July, up around 19pc year on year, the economy ministry said on Friday.

The exported volume included 19.19 million tonnes of wheat, 26.88 million tonnes of corn and 4.72 million tonnes of barley, the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture said.
