KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was stable on Tuesday and was expected strengthen as commercial banks sold dollars amid flat demand.

At 0806 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,665/3,675, compared to Monday's close of 3,670/3,680.
