Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has vowed not to rerun till getting the resignation of the Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.

JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman, who is leading Azadi March, addressing the participants advised his followers to follow him saying "We have to stick together in any case."

He remarked that the march is both a rally and a sit-in. "We are peaceful people and we want to achieve our purpose peacefully, if anybody created any hurdle in the way of the Azadi March it will create serious problems countrywide," he added.

While expressing serious grievances on the Rahim Yar Khan train accident, he extended his condolences to the families of the victims. More than 70 people were killed after a train caught fire early Thursday morning. "We demand that the accident should be investigated," he said.

JUI-F also rejected the news regarding postponement of Azadi March and said all caravans are on their way to federal capital.

Talking to media while enroute to Islamabad here in Mandra town Rawalpindi, he said the protest against government includes a public rally and a sit in. He said all convoys of Azadi March would reach their destination as per plan. He further said that there would be addresses after the marchers reach their final destination.

Addressing the participants of Azadi March before departing for Islamabad, Maulana Fazl said confusion was being created in the media over the postponement of the Azadi March rally. "This is a march and where there is a march there is also a rally and a protest," Fazl said.

Earlier, speaking at the main venue of the Azadi March, Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) General Secretary Ahsan Iqbal said that he was seeing a mini Pakistan in Islamabad, adding that to protect Pakistan sending packing the selected government of Imran Khan to home was the only option. He said that elected government through free, fair and transparent elections as entire Pakistan has rejected Imran Khan led set up.

PML-N senior leader Khawaja Asif lambasting the PTI government said that PM Imran Khan has repeatedly lied to the nation and after each lie PM took a u-turn. Asif said that even polio control program head in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has been proven corrupt but Imran Khan didn't take any action against him other than removing him from position. He said that PML-N supermo Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif has rendered biggest ever sacrifice for the sake of democracy in Pakistan's history who was still facing fabricated cases and his daughter was also put behind bars by levelling false allegations. Asif said that entire Sharif Family was facing baseless cases but no one of them has surrendered.

After Maulana Fazal senior leader of JUI-F Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidri while addressing a press conference firmly rejected the news that rally has been postponed. He said containers cannot stop us from marching towards Islamabad. Haidri said some routes are close and clashes may happen. He said they would not object if government closes routes from Zero Point to D-Chowk.
