DUBAI: Syria's state grains agency has issued an international tender to purchase and import 150,000 tonnes of milling wheat to be sourced from Russia only, a tender document showed on Thursday.

The deadline in the tender from Syria's General Establishment for Cereal Processing and Trade (Hoboob) is Nov. 4, the document showed.
