PARIS: European Union soft wheat exports for the 2018/19 season that started in July had reached 19.85 million tonnes by June 16, down 3pc versus a year earlier, European Commission data showed on Monday.
EU 2018/19 barley exports had fallen 22pc to 4.2 million tonnes compared with the same period a year ago.
EU 2018/19 maize imports were at 23.0 million tonnes, up 35pc versus a year ago.
