PARIS: Algeria's state grains agency OAIC bought around 500,000 tonnes of optional-origin milling wheat in a tender on Tuesday, European traders said.
OAIC paid between $208 a tonne and 211 a tonne, including cost and freight, for the wheat which is to be shipped in July, the traders said.
France was seen as the most likely origin to be chosen, they added.
