RECORDER REPORT: PSX close of day

KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 21,775.91 points with a negative change of -16.06 and volume of 118,988,600 shares. High and Low were 21,996.16 and 21,715.60 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 11 were up, 17 were down and 2 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 163,863,070 shares. Total companies traded were 347 of which 147 were positive, 177 were negative and 23 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 76,445,600 shares. It was followed by Textile Composite with a total traded volume of 9,384,100 shares.
