ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Rehman Malik called on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani here at the PM House on Thursday and discussed overall law and order situation in the country in general and in Balochistan in particular.
The Interior Minister briefed the Prime Minister about a bomb blast incident in Peshawar and expressed the resolve of democratic government not to be intimidated by the cowardly acts of terrorism.
The Prime Minister expressed his sympathies with the grieved families and directed the provincial government to provide free medical facilities to the injured.
The Prime Minister further directed the law enforcement agencies that relentless efforts should be made to apprehend the culprits and bring them to justice at the earliest.
