BANGKOK: Thailand's exports are expected to grow at low levels in the first quarter and return to normal in the second quarter as some industries have resumed production after severe flooding late last year, the Commerce Minister said on Thursday.
Boonsong Teriyapirom told reporters exports should have risen slightly in January and the ministry still expected export growth of 15 percent for this year.
He said headline inflation was still expected at 3.3-3.8 percent this year.
