ISLAMABAD: Deputy Chairman Senate Saleem Mandiwala Tuesday referred amendments in the rules, related to consideration of the Finance Bill in the Senate
to the relevant committee for further perusal.
The mover Senator Quratulain Marri, sought the leave under sub-rule (4) of rule 278 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Senate, 2012.
The House granted the permission to the mover to table the amendments.
The chair referred the proposed amendments to the relevant Senate Standing Committee for further fine tuning and vetting.
