HAMBURG: Iran's state purchasing agency GTC is believed to have made no purchase in an international tender for up to 30,000 tonnes of soyoil which closed on Tuesday, European traders said.
Only one trading house was said to have offered fully complying with tender terms and the price was regarded as too high, they said.
