ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani Friday vowed to continue playing active political role in whatever position party leadership assigned him in future.

Talking to Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he assured the chairman to remain essential part of the party, a press release said.

The meeting took place in the backdrop of recent political developments revolving around Senate elections. Chairman PPP praised Raza Rabbani’s services to the party.
