50 criminals arrested with drugs, weapons

MULTAN: Police arrested 50 criminals and recovered drugs and illegal weapons from their possession here on Thursday.

According to police, the raids were conducted by police at various areas and arrested seven drug peddlers besides recovering 32 litres of liquor and 1,810g hashish.

Police also apprehended 37 proclaimed offenders and six illegal weapon holders with four pistols, one rifle, one revolver and rounds.

Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
