The Met Office on Tuesday forecast that mainly dry weather conditions will prevail countrywide during next 24 hours, except Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas where isolated rain is expected. The forecast says shallow westerly wave is still lying over the northern areas of the country and is likely to move further eastward.
The weather is likely to remain dry in the most parts of the country in the next 48 hours, adding that weather in most parts of the country remained dry during the last 24 hours. It said highest temperature was recorded in Dalbadin, which was 40 degree centigrade. Weather in Karachi metropolitan is expected to remain dray with maximum temperature ranging between 32 degree centigrade to 34 degree centigrade in the next 24 hours.
