Al Ghurair Giga Group launches WTC project

Al Ghurair Giga Group, a renowned international real estate developer with major stakes in Pakistan and Middle East, launched another land mark project here in DHA phase II, says a press release issued here on Monday.
The project is significant since is under license of World Trade Center (WTC) an international organisation with centers in over seventy countries and membership exceeding 750,000 clients, Haji Muhammad Rafiq Giga, vice-chairman AGG, while giving his opening remarks explained that it was a great honour for AGGPPL group to bring Pakistan on WTC map.
Vice-Chairman, Haji Muhammad Rafiq Giga stated that his group not with standing present state of recession in real estate and economic problems is determined to be forerunner for high quality, value-added real estate development. In this context he emphasised that Pakistan was their main stake as always.
The newly launched WTC project and another multiple projects in hand are an evidence of their commitment. He stated that massive financial investment that AGGPPL was making in the projects would stimulate in this sector a rapid growth. He especially thanked DHA for showing understanding and support of AGGPPL efforts. The CEO AGGPPL Brigadier Sardar Javed Ashraf Khan SI (M) (Retd), while explaining salient features of the project said that after intense deliberation an international architect M/s Atkins redesigned the project, making it compatible to the market.-PR
