While, sources in Sindh Assembly have confirmed this and said that every member has to submit his resignation to Secretary provincial assembly, but Secretary Office has not received resignation from Dr Zulifqar Mirza.
Sources revealed that very close aides had advised Dr Mirza for not resigning from the post of MPA. They were of the view that Dr Mirza had received the Ministership and party designation from the party Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari but he had been elected as MPA with the votes of his constituency.
