Equities move both ways on ISE

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 22.80 points, as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,776.97 to 2,799.77 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 33,999 shares, as compared to previous volume of 35,482 shares. Total 123 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (53) closed in positive territory, 70 closed in negative territory. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 17,774 shares. The volume of Silk Bank was 10,000 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Corporation was 4,725 shares.
