Balochistan Assembly returns the bill

QUETTA: Balochistan assembly returned a bill when house met here Friday with Speaker Ms. Rahila Durrani in the chair.

Bill Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani International Islamic University for Science and Technology Quetta was moved in the House by leader of Opposition Maulana Abdul Wasay.

Chair ruled that bill would be admitted when it would be passed by provincial capital. Speaker also referred another bill to concerned House committee.

Bill seeking amendments in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business 1974 was moved by former Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch in place of concerned Minister who was not present in the House.
