CM Shehbaz Sharif welcomes London's mayor to Pakistan

Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif welcomed on Wednesday London Mayor Sadiq Khan, who entered Lahore from India via Wagah Border Crossing.
The mayor, along with his delegation, was welcomed by Lahore Mayor Colonel (retd) Mubashir Javed at the border. CM Shehbaz took to Twitter to welcome the mayor.

London mayor unveils Quaid-e-Azam’s bronze bust at British Museum
The mayor has come to Pakistan to build new business and trade links between the two countries. During his three-day visit, he will meet senior politicians and key figures from the Pakistani cultural and financial sectors, while he will be visiting Karachi.
He will also be promoting his London Is Open campaign, through which it is being promoted that London remains the best place in the world to study, do business and visit.
This is the first visit of London mayor to both South Asian rival countries in recent years. His recent visit was to India this week, where he held meetings with government officials and also met celebrities of the country.
