Gas supply to four villages of Chakwal approved

A project worth Rs 4.706 million for provision of natural gas to four villages of NA-60 district Chakwal has been approved by Sui Northern Gas Pipleines Ltd. The villages included in the project are Tatral Kahoon, Wahula, Abrar and Choa Saiden Shah.
The project has been approved due to sincere efforts and interest of Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas. Major Tahir Iqbal (Retd), who made special request to PM for urgent execution of the project. The minister also held meeting with managing director. SNGPL, for identification of the area of district Chakwal for supply of gas.
In addition, a project worth Rs 1062.779 million for provision of natural gas to various other localities of Chakwal including Jand Awan, Langoh, Doudha, Dab, Mohra Sheikhan, Bhabbar etc is also under process and would be approved in near future.
