WASA forms committee to recover Rs40mn bills

MULTAN: Managing Director WASA Rao Muhammad Qasim has formed a committee for recovery of over Rs 40 million pending bills from four big defaulters.

According to a handout, issued here on Saturday, Deputy Managing Director Finance Malik Naeem Khokhar would lead the committee while others were Deputy Director Recovery Mansoor Ahmed, deputy director sewerage and assistant director recovery.

The committee would take legal action against defaulters and present their report to the MD WASA till December 15, 2016.
