Red Crescent to take up dengue awareness campaign

dengue-virusLAHORE: Chairman Red Crescent Society (RCS) Punjab Mian Muhammad Hanif has directed all the district offices and branches of RCS in the province to start "Dengue awareness campaign".

This was decided in a meeting presided over by Convenor Sub Committee Health Haroon-ur-Rashid on Wednesday.

The meeting worked out details of the awareness programme and committees were constituted for the awareness campaign.

A series of seminars on dengue fever were held in Lahore, Rawalpindi and other districts of the province.
