ISLAMABAD: Central Secretary Information, Awami National Party (ANP) Senator Zahid Khan urged political leaders to devise a national policy to cope with the challenges threatening the country.
While talking to VOA on Tuesday, Zahid Khan said that political point-scoring is not appropriate at the moment adding that it is high time that we should devise a national policy keeping aside our political interests.
He said "We will have to tell that our policy is against the terrorisms and against sanctuaries on our soil and with such a policy we will emerge as successful among the world nations and no one will pressurize us".
Zahid khan said that the entire political leadership should think that they are leaders due to Pakistan and it is the appropriate time to forget the politics by keeping aside their differences and ensure the security of the country.
He said that the whole country would have to unite against terrorism as well as for the integrity of Pakistan.
