KU cancels admissions of 20 regular students
KARACHI: The University of Karachi has cancelled admission of 20 regular students on the charges of forged marks sheets.
This was announced by an official of the University in a statement on Monday.
He maintained that at the time of admissions to degree classes at the colleges affiliated to University of Karachi, these students had tempered with their original marks sheets.
During the scrutiny of the documents, the mark sheets were found to be forged, the University official said adding that the admissions of such students have been cancelled.
Directives have been issued for initiation of necessary action, it was further stated.
The students whose admissions have been cancelled are 10 male and 10 female students of B.Sc., B.Com. and BA classes.
