ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bullish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was up by 52.94 points and closed at 4540.53 points.
A total of 170,500 shares were traded, which were up by 163,800 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 6,700 shares.
Out of 160 companies, share prices of 101 companies recorded increase while share prices of 59 companies registered decrease whereas no company remained stable in today's trading.
The share price of Siemens Pakistan Engineering increased by Rs. 60.11 per share while the share prices of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan decreased by Rs. 28.75 per share.
Bank of Punjab (R), Bank of Punjab and Faysal Bank remained the top trading companies in Tuesday's trading with 119,000, 21,500 and 20,000 shares respectively.
