ISE-10 index stays bullish

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday witnessed bullish trend as the ISE-10 index was up by 22.49 points to close at 4714.28 points.

A total of 157,500 shares were traded, which showed a growth of 146,000 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 11,500 shares.

Out of 160 companies, share prices of 85 companies recorded increase while those of 75 companies decreased and no company remained stable in today's trading.

The share price of Pakistan Tobacco increased by Rs. 29.24 while that of Sanofi Aventis Pakistan decreased by Rs. 26.24 per share.

P.T.C.L, Bank of Punjab and P.I.A remained the top trading companies with 100,000, 34,500 and 20,000 shares respectively.
