ISE-10 index witnesses bullish trend

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed a bullish trend on Monday as the ISE-10 index was up by 41.65 points to close at 4426.36.

A total of 35,000 shares were traded, which were up by 3,500 shares as compared to previous day's trading of 31,500 shares.

Out of 143 companies, share prices of 105 companies recorded increase and those of 38 registered decrease. No company remained stable.

The share price of Siemens Pakistan Engineering increased by Rs. 50.82, while that of Pakistan Tobacco decreased by Rs. 8.72.

Bank of Punjab, P.T.C.L and Fauji Cement remained the top trading companies with 13,000, 12,000 and 10,000 shares respectively.
