imagePESHAWAR: The anti-drone protest campaign led by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) and its coalition partners entered into third week as the protesters continue to block Nato supplies to Afghanistan for the 17th consecutive day on Monday.

The activists of PTI and other parties reiterated that the protest would continue till US stops drone strikes in Pakistan.

Protest camp is being established at Hayatabad toll plaza to check the documents of trucks while only those are allowed that carry goods other than Nato supplies.

Strict security measures have been taken around the site to avoid any untoward situation in Peshawar.

The protest drive was initiated by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf and other political parties to condemn the drone strike in Hangu that killed six people.

PTI chairman Imran Khan asserted that drone strikes were in violation to international laws and should immediately be stopped.
